Roger Mooking is a Canadian (born in Trinidad and moved to Canada at 5 yrs. old) chef and star of the series Everyday Exotic on the Cooking Channel. He is also a musician[1] (formerly a member of Bass is Base) and a third generation restaurateur. He also currently appears in Heat Seekers with Aaron Sanchez on Food Network.
